We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cherry Credit. Please note we do not accept checks. All in person card transactions will be charged a 2.9% card processing fee.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
All of us can agree that time is a valuable asset.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, staff are left with nonpayment for their time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 1 week and 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally if you no show or do not cancel with 24 hours you will be charged.
Any same day cancelations are considered a no show appointment!
All no call no shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.
If you have an appointment that is part of a package and you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, your session will be deducted from the package.
Each scheduled appointment can only be rescheduled once.
All deposits are non refundable, if you need to rescheduled the deposit will go towards your next appointment.
No refunds for services, packages and products.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 or older or accompanied by a parent (adult) to receive treatment.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please follow instructions from your confirmation text for arrival instructions. We also ask that you DO NOT bring food, small children and or pets with you to your appointment.
We pride ourselves on running on time. And we know there may be times when guests are running late. That's why we have our late policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, at the 10-minute mark, you will be marked as a *no-show (we will charge the 50% fee) and we may have to reschedule all or part of your services.
According to NJ State law, every new client is required to fill out an intake form.
Cold, Flu Season, and Covid-19
We work very close with clients and kindly ask that you reschedule if your are feeling under the weather. If your sick and arrive for your appointment we may need to reschedule your appointment.
