Cancellation and No Show Policy
•Any same day cancelations are considered a no show appointment!
•If you have an appointment that is part of a package and you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, your session will be deducted from the package.
•All deposits are non refundable, if you need to rescheduled the deposit will go towards your next appointment. ​
​•No refunds for services, packages and products.

Rescheduling Policy
​•Each scheduled appointment can only be rescheduled once.
•Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.

Age Restriction
•Clients must be 18 or older to receive treatment unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Arriving for Your Appointment
•Please arrive on time for your appointment.
•Late arrival may reduce treatment time.
•Full service price still applies if appointment time is shortened due to late arrival.​

Studio Etiquette
•No food or outside beverages allowed inside treatment rooms.
•Children under 14 years old are not permitted inside the studio.
•Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for your appointment.
•Maintain a calm and respectful environment for all clients.

Health Policy (Cold, Flu, and Covid-19)
•If you feel unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
•Clients with active illness symptoms will be asked to reschedule.
•Your safety and our team's safety are our priority.
